More than 100 festive networkers will be getting into the Christmas spirit at the upcoming Lincoln Young Professionals Christmas Cracker event.
Following six other events, the Christmas Cracker meeting, sponsored by Duncan and Toplis and Lambert Smith Hampton, will take place on Thursday, December 8.
Complete with mulled wine, mince pies, prosecco and plenty of people to meet, the event takes place from 6pm to 9pm at the Lincoln Cathedral Centre in the city’s Minster Yard.
Having launched in the spring, the group now meets on a monthly basis and offers the city’s aspiring young professionals the chance to meet, network and build relationships with each other.
The event will be open to other young networking groups across the county including Junior Lawyers, Young Valuers, RICS Matrics and the Lincolnshire Showground Agricultural farming group ‘Interact’.
Emily Baker-Gaunt, Social Media Secretary for LYP, said: “This event is all about bringing together the young professionals of Lincoln and enjoying the Christmassy splendour the Cathedral Centre has to offer!”
Chris Brown, LYP President, said: “On average over 60 people have turned out to each of our events and we never expected this level of interest, we look forward to topping this number at the Christmas event.”
The dress code for the event is festive, whether you want to wear a Christmas jumper or full fancy dress.
Attendance is free, but places must be booked via Eventbrite or via [email protected]
