Lincolnshire Co-op has honoured 16 long serving staff members who have tallied up 415 years of service.
The employees from across the business received a Long Service Award to recognise reaching their 25 and 40 year milestones, including staff from funeral branches, pharmacies and coffee shops.
Staff were presented with either a commemorative gold watch or £300 in Lincolnshire Co-op vouchers at a special dinner event.
Those reaching 40 years were given £500 in vouchers.
Head of People and Performance Heather Lee said: “I think it’s a testament to what a great team we have at Lincolnshire Co-op that we have people who’ve been in the business for 40 years.
“The long service dinner and awards are just one of the ways that we like to recognise the hard work and dedication of our employees who have reached a landmark anniversary.
“It’s also fantastic to see how many colleagues have progressed through the years. We hope in the future to be celebrating 25 years and more for our current apprentices!”
