The proposal includes the construction of four 750 sq m units and five 1,500 sq m units.

The site would include parking for up to 20 cars, including two disabled spaces, nine cycle spaces and nine light goods vehicles/public carrier vehicles.

The plans have been submitted following several enquiries to Taylor Lindsey from smaller enterprises for business units on Sadler Road.

The application states: “This application proposes the development of this vacant site to provide modern commercial business units constructed using high quality materials and complimenting the surrounding buildings and users.

“The application also sits comfortably within the Lincoln Business Park profile and the Lincoln City Local Plan which identifies this site as business area IB18.”
