Lincoln-based Inzpire Limited has been ranked 32nd in the Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to Work For for the third year running.
Inzpire provides a range of defence managed services in addition to mission systems products, training and consultancy services, rotary, fixed wing and UAS operational training both in synthetic and live environments, as well as supporting UK Typhoon operations.
Representatives from the company attended an awards ceremony at London’s Battersea Evolution on Wednesday, February 22, where it was ranked 32nd on the national list for overall Employee Engagement and also 3rd for ‘Leadership’ factor.
With 100 employees at the time of the survey’s completion in November 2016, Inzpire were categorised as a small enterprise for the purpose of the awards.
According to 2016 government findings, there are an estimated 5.2 million small and medium sized businesses in the UK.
