Ringrose Law has welcomed new head of the employment team Chris Randall to the firm.
Chris, who qualified as an employment solicitor in 2006, has always specialized exclusively in contentious and non-contentious employment and industrial relations law.
His broad experience involves advising and representing clients in the full spectrum of employment claims, including claims for: sex, race, age, whistleblowing, sexual orientation, religious belief and disability discrimination as well as contract disputes and unfair dismissal.
In particular Chris has expertise in enforcing restrictive covenants, redundancy programmes, TUPE transfers and managing industrial action.
