The Ferry Boat Inn in Mablethorpe has been put on the market for £375,000.
The business, which only opens from March to October each year during the tourist season, includes a bar, amusement arcade shop/kiosk and a pizza business that opens at weekends.
Despite it being put on the market, The Ferry Boat Inn will open and operate as usual again in March.
Owners hope that any new buyers will take on the existing management team which is currently in place as the business could continue to run as it is.
The Ferry Boat Inn is available on a virtual freehold basis.
Gavin Webb, Business Agent at Christie & Co said: “The Ferry Boat Inn trades profitably as a pub offering food, entertainment and gaming facilities with lots of potential for a new owner to come in and develop the existing operation.
“It attracts both locals and tourists visiting the area – particularly those staying in the surrounding caravan parks such as the nearby Haven Golden Sands Holiday Park.
“This comprises 172 pitches and guests often pass by the inn to reach North End beach, which results in a significant amount of passing trade.”
