Stirlin Developments will start building early next year a 1.2-acre commercial site at Kirk’s Yard in Branston village near Lincoln.
The proposed scheme will provide both freehold and leasehold units, ranging from 750sqft – 1250sqft, with design and build requirements accommodated on the site.
The site lies on the edge of Branston village and would benefit from the A46 Lincoln Eastern Bypass once completed in 2019.
Stirlin received planning permission for the development in October 2017 and construction is due to start in Q1 2018.
James Kirby, Managing Director of Stirlin Developments, said: “The development offers a new location for us and one we feel will be very popular due to the excellent transport links the site has, especially with its proximity to the Lincoln Eastern Bypass.”
Matthew Johnson, Associate Director at Lambert Smith Hampton Lincoln, said: “This is an exciting opportunity for owner occupiers or investors, to acquire or lease brand new commercial premises, on an accessible, modern development. Completion of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass, will further strengthen the site’s accessibility.”
