D. M. Keith increases portfolio with acquisition of Grimsby dealerships

Family vehicle retailer D. M. Keith has acquired the Westgate Motor Group in Grimsby for an undisclosed sum.

Westgame Motor Group consists of three sites in Grimsby including, Škoda, Seat and Honda dealerships.

D. M. Keith, based in Leeds, will now include seven Škoda dealerships, two Seat franchises and a new addition to the group; a Honda franchise.

Employees at Westgate will be transferred to D. M. Keith which employs 250 people and is headquartered in Leeds.

This brings the group’s portfolio to ten dealerships and expands new car sales, used car sales and after sales services.

Already the largest Škoda Group in the UK, D. M. Keith Ltd has built a reputation of treating their customers as ‘one of the family’.
