Rilmac welcomes three new faces to Lincoln team

Rilmac Insulation and Asbestos Services has welcomed three new members to its Lincoln team.

Nick Coughlan, Al Abdukayumov and Jess Minihan have joined the firm, which is based at Crofton Drive on the Allenby Road Industrial Estate in Lincoln.

Nick Coughlan

Nick has joined as a Contracts Manager and brings over 30 years of asbestos industry experience.

Originally qualified as an electrical faults and distribution engineer for the Electricity Board, Nick switched to asbestos removal in 1987 spending time on the tools, working up through supervisor to operations manager.

The largest project he has faced, to date, was the Greenwich LUL Power Station, taking two years and £12 million.

Jess Minihan

Jess has joined the Business Development Team at Rilmac Insulation & Asbestos Services and comes to the firm after two years working as a Business Consultant focusing on EU Funding for Greenborough Management.

Originally from Manchester, Jess relocated to the area while attending the University of Lincoln, earning a degree in International Business Management before deciding to stay.

Al Abdukayumov

Al Abdukayumov (CGMA, ACMA) has joined the Rilmac Fabrication Team in the new role of financial manager at their Beevor Street workshop.

Al joins the Rilmac Holdings team with experience gained while working as an accountant or finance manager in a variety of industries.

He will use his experience and professional skills as a fully CIMA qualified accountant to help improve the efficiency of the financial processes, and ensure ongoing implementation of operational improvements where necessary.
