Work begins on £10m Lincoln Jaguar and Land Rover showroom

Work has officially begun on a new Jaguar Land Rover dealership at Teal Park in Lincoln.

The 40,000 sq ft building, owned by Marshall Motor Group, will be based on Whisby Road in the Teal Park development, just off the A46 Lincoln bypass.

Once built, the site will include showroom space for 18 new vehicles, handover bays, offices, workshops and parts stores.

The expected total development cost is circa £10 million.

Dan Race, Development Director with Teal Park developers Taylor Lindsey, previously said: “This will be the largest new motor showroom development Lincoln has seen and shows the confidence that major national occupiers are showing in Lincoln as a trading location.”

Teal Park is already home to 25 varied businesses, with the largest occupier to date being the gas turbine servicing division of Siemens, which occupies 135,000 sq ft and are currently constructing a 70,000 sq ft warehouse and office extension.
