Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management, which has eight branches across the county, has offered nine senior promotions to an all-female team in recent months.
The offer of three partner and six associate roles in the past twelve months helps Chattertons to mark International Women’s Day, which takes place on March 8.
The annual event recognises the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
A further five solicitors, four paralegals, one legal executive, two conveyancing executives, one marketing manager and one risk and compliance manager have also joined as new-starters in the past year.
The company now has a 170-strong workforce in a variety of posts across the county.
Edward Conway, Chief Executive Officer, said: “I am delighted that our workforce reflects the diversity of our customers.
“We rely on the inclusion of all our staff members to help improve our business and drive its growth.
“International Women’s Day provides an important moment to showcase our commitment to women’s equality and to celebrate the achievements of our female workforce.
“The promotions are testament to the company’s ethos of providing a fair and equal place to work for all to thrive in.”
Emma Johnson, Associate Solicitor at the Boston office, is one of those who have received promotion, she said: “I really enjoy working in my hometown of Boston, having grown up in the area.
“To be able to build my career at Chattertons and progress from solicitor to associate solicitor shows that hard work pays off!
“I look forward to seeing what the future holds.”
